Indhold

The course focuses on understanding unclear and conflicting demands and their impact on stress. It introduces the latest guidelines from the Danish Working Environment Authority and examines how AMO can contribute to greater clarity in expectations, roles, and tasks. Participants also work with creating action plans to reduce stress in everyday work life.

Målgruppe

The course is aimed at members of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (AMO), managers, and employees who work with workplace risk assessments and stress prevention.
