Teaching alternates between short academic presentations and practical tasks. Participants actively work on exercises that help translate knowledge into concrete actions applicable in their own organization.

Generel

This course refreshes OHS knowledge and provides practical tools to strengthen health and safety work in daily practice.

Udbytte for dig

Participants gain updated knowledge about health and safety work, including the latest regulations. They benefit from professional sparring and exchange of experiences with other AMO/OHS representatives and feel inspired to move forward in their role.

Indhold

The course covers key topics such as ergonomics, accident prevention, and the psychosocial working environment. It also introduces the working environment group’s problem-solving model, which participants can use to address specific health and safety challenges in their own workplace.

Målgruppe

The course is aimed at Occupational Health and Safety representatives and members of AMO who want to refresh their knowledge and strengthen their work with the working environment.
