E-learning gives you the same professional benefits as a physical course and the freedom to learn when it suits you - whether you're in the office, at home or on the go.The courses are 100% self-study, where there is no sparring with the teacher or other course participants.
The course is scheduled for 22 hours.
From the moment you receive your login, you must complete the programme within 7 weeks.
You get a personal login to our online learning system TalentLMS, which you can access when it suits you. Here you complete 10 modules, including two practical assignments with which the course ends.
Indhold
E-learning
The course is taken online without attendance. We offer a professional online setup where you get access to learning modules on our learning platform TalentLMS.
The course assignments are based on specific working environment issues in your company, e.g. working with your workplace assessment, a problem you have with heavy lifting, noise in open-plan offices, chemistry, or whatever concerns you in the company.
TalentLMS - online learning platform
You get a personalised login to our online learning system TalentLMS, which you can access at your convenience. Here you will complete a series of modules and finish the course with two practical assignments.
Multiple choice tests
Throughout your online course, you will be asked to solve various multiple choice tasks to test your understanding of the topics covered. As all modules are required to be read and 22 hours in total are spent on the course, there are time locks on selected pages.
The practical assignments
The practical assignments are designed to ensure that participants are able to apply health and safety knowledge in practice. Participants must address a health and safety issue from their workplace by answering 6 task points.

During the course, you have the opportunity to have ongoing direct contact with our course coordinators if you need help with the TalentLMS platform.
Requirements to pass the course
You must complete all learning modules in the training programme and also complete 2 practical assignments. You can do the practical assignments on your own or with your colleagues if there are several participants from the same company.
Målgruppe
The employer has to ensure that the health and safety representatives and supervisors participate in a mandatory safety course.Working environment representatives and supervisors have the right and obligation to participate in the mandatory health and safety training.
Employers and managers, e.g. a CEO, is not obligated to participate in the health and safety course.
