Course cancellations or changes

We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled course if there are not enough registrations. In such a case, you will be offered the same course on the same day in a different city or on a new date. If the alternative city or date does not suit you, any payments already made will be refunded.

Rights

  • All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products belong to Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS.
  • When purchasing a product, you are granted a license to use the purchased product as specified under the specific product.
  • Your digital product is personal and may not be sold, forwarded, loaned, given away, or otherwise distributed—neither privately nor commercially. This applies to the content of our online products, live sessions, workshops, and courses..

Can I cancel or reschedule a course i’ve registered for?

  • If you cancel or wish to reschedule a course for any reason less than 14 days before the course start date, the full course fee will be charged.

  • If you cancel or reschedule between 14 and 35 days before the course start date, 25% of the course fee will be charged.

  • If you cancel or reschedule more than 35 days before the course start date, no fee will be charged.

  • If you are unable to attend, you are of course welcome to send a colleague from your company in your place.

Do I need to attend all days of the course to receive a certificate?

Yes, participants must attend all days of the course to receive a certificate of completion. If a participant is unable to attend one or more days, the course must be retaken.

Acceptance of situational photos

By doing business with Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of situational photos: The customer hereby grants permission for Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS to take photos of situations related to the customer’s order or use of our products/services (referred to as “Situational Photos”). These photos may be used by Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS for promotional and marketing purposes on our website, social media, printed materials, or other platforms.

2. Use of situational photos: By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer grants Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS the right to use Situational Photos without further permission or compensation.

3. Withdrawal of consent: The customer has the right to withdraw consent regarding the use of situational photos by contacting Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS in writing.
Upon receipt of such a request, Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS will cease using the customer’s situational photos for promotional purposes.

By proceeding with the purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted the above terms and conditions, including the acceptance ofpsituational Photos.

Payment Terms for Workplace Assessment (APV) services

When entering into an agreement with Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS for the performance of workplace assessment (APV) services, 50% of the agreed total fee will be invoiced after the customer confirms the offer and receives the order confirmation. (Alternatively, the full amount may be invoiced upfront if agreed upon.)

The remaining balance will be invoiced immediately after the APV work is completed.
The initial 50% invoiced upon agreement is non-refundable if the customer later decides to terminate the collaboration.

The payment deadline follows the general payment terms of Arbejdsmiljøgruppen ApS unless otherwise specifically agreed.
