From stress to well-being – a two day course
Do you become worried about yourself and your colleagues/employees when you experience stress at your workplace? Would you like to learn more about how you and your working environment organization can prevent stress and create well-being at work?
Then the course is right for you.
Content and benefit
It can be difficult to know what to do as a part of the H&S organization if you are concerned about an employee/colleague/manager who seems stressed. Or if a colleague returns to work after a stress related sick leave.
The course is aimed at anyone who wants to prevent stress in the workplace and create a more positive and productive workplace, as well as who wants to help people who return to work after a sick leave due to stress.
How to help? What can you do?
You can participate in the two days either consecutively or only on the first day, depending on which themes you are interested in gaining new understanding of and new tools to work with in your working environment group. The first day focus on preventing stress. The second day focuses on a good return after a stress related sick leave.
We will also review various types of effective prevention strategies. As a participant, you will have the opportunity to share your own experiences and challenges with stress, and together we will find the best solutions and strategies to tackle them.
